I accept some insurance plans, as well as self-pay options. I will call your specific insurance carrier for you to find out what your eligibility and benefits include prior to your first appointment, so you will know whether you have a co-pay for each visit and how much it will be. I take cash and check, as I am not set up to accept credit cards at this time.
